Becoming a morning and harnessing the power of the morning is massively important; when you wake up earlier, you can accomplish side tasks, school work, business work, goals and dreams due to the fact that you have the extra time. And, you can get ahead of everyone else who’s still sleeping!

For most successful people — athletes, entrepreneurs, writers and managers alike — the morning is absolutely sacred. They protect the morning no matter what, and they don’t let anybody get in the way of that. Why?

Those early hours of the morning are when nobody else is awake, meaning that they can’t be distracted by emails, calls or any potential arguments and issues. Moreover, a lot of people are most productive in a morning — they use the morning to do deep work, for this is when they can access a flow state and produce high quality work.
