An idea that focuses on something massively important for our overall health, wellbeing and happiness — sports! Largely inspired by Maximilian Warum’s article on the importance of sports.
Exercise — be it hockey, running or pilates — is crucial for maintaining a healthy body, mind and lifestyle.
There’s a great deal of health benefits to regular exercise; it’s been shown to reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease and even a few forms of cancer. Also, exercise can increase happiness, reduce stress and help you balance your weight.
Sports has a lot of benefits, and so it’s massively important to include them in your daily routine. There’s 3 major areas of life that sport impacts; your physical health, your mental health and your social health.
