Make no the default.
Saying ‘yes’ to the things that don’t truly matter to you simply wastes your time, energy and it ruins your priorities. Stop saying yes to the things you don’t want to do, and the things that don’t help you advance.
When you make ‘no’ the default, you’re free to focus on whatever you want to focus on.
