Burnout 👾
Burnout is a state of emotional, mental, and often physical exhaustion brought on by prolonged or repeated stress.
Burnout is something of a monster; it leaves you unable to work, focus or even think. Burnout leaves you in a state where you feel completely drained and demotivated.
Where does burnout come from?
- Burnout can often come from working too much, without breaks or rest. Constantly working without taking any time for relaxation, exercising or social activities is naturally negative for your health.
- Burnout can come from not properly taking care of yourself; not taking care of your physical health, not exercising, not sleeping or eating well, etc.
