Doing good things allows positivity to flow in your life and the lives of others. Do good things for yourself and for others.

Some of the good things you can do for yourself;
- Self care! This could be skincare, a relaxing bath, a massage etc. Or, it could be something entirely different, as self care comes in a range of ways. You could read a book or finish your schoolwork an hour early, rather than working late.
- Take care of your physical health — exercise, walk, stretch etc.
- Speak positively to yourself; constantly affirm good things to allow positivity to flow.
- Treat yourself! Maybe pick up a book you’ve wanted to read for a while or order comfort food.
- Smile.
Some of the good things you can do for others;
- Compliment others.
- Help others and be loyal to your friends/those you care for.
- Try and make other people’s lives 1% easier.
