Self Criticism
Many people have a tendency to resort straight to self criticism when something goes wrong in their life.
Many people often jump straight at attacking themselves and bringing themselves down whenever something gets slightly messed up in their life.
Many people work to bring themselves down — they speak negatively about themselves and they do everything they can to hurt themselves as a way of compensating for the situation.

Being critical and developing an understanding of what’s going wrong in your life allows you to improve & positively grow from those things.
