Today’s Daily Stoic Meditation outlines how you need to pack it in with the whining!
You cannot live a miserable, tragic life. You cannot be pessimist.
You only have one life, and you need to take advantage of that!
“Enough of this miserable, whining life. Stop monkeying around! Why are you troubled? What’s new here? What’s so confounding? The one responsible? Take a good look. Or just the matter itself? Then look at that. There’s nothing else to look at. And as far as the gods go, by now you could try being more straightforward and kind. It’s the same, whether you’ve examined these things for a hundred years, or only three.”

Enough Of The Whining
You cannot live your life whining, groaning or complaining.
You cannot live your life as a pessimist!
Why?
Why do people complain?
It’s often due to a lack of contentment or happiness within a certain situation.
People whine or complain believing that things will change and improve as a result, but it isn’t often that they do.
