- Effective planning
- Scientific methods
Mind management is the process of being aware of the thoughts in your brain, as they can massively impact your time management.
Effective planning is about learning how to plan, rather than just taking a piece of paper and trying to write a to do list. Effective planning depends on a range of factors.
Lastly, time management is largely scientific — you cannot wake up one day and expect to be an expert at managing your time.
Failing To Plan
